Heirloom Tomato Turkey Melts

I made this sandwich a couple weeks back and it was a hit! This picture doesn't do it justice. It's super quick and is a yummy meal to serve when having people over for lunch. It's just a little spin on the traditional "turkey melt". I served the sandwiches next to a bowl of warm tomato soup, the Trader Joe's tomato and roasted pepper goes great with it!

The fresh basil, heirloom tomato, and fresh sprouted bread all came from my local farmers market, a great place to get fresh and affordable organic produce!
