RETURNS: We get it. Sometimes things just weren’t meant to be. If you’re looking to process a return, take a sigh of relief—we’ve made it easy! Simply email us email@example.com to authorize a return. Return shipping is at your expense.
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned for store credit. Items must be received within 21 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit.
Once the return has been authorized and shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. When we receive returns, they will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will then be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the item returned minus the shipping charges.
POP UP SHOP SALES: All sales made at our CJLA Pop Up Shops are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. Final Sale Items: All items sold in the Clearance section of our shop are considered final sale.
FINAL SALE: Please note, sale items and custom orders are final sale. Similarly, all items sold at a discount of 40% off or less are also considered to be FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
