have a shorter torso and long legs. They skim the floor with sandals on and don’t quite touch the floor with a chunky boot. In other CJLA denim I am a size 5. Initially I ordered a 5 in the Holland jeans and they were a bit too big. I wanted a nice close fit around the waist and hips to balance the wide leg. They have some stretch so I returned for a 3, and they are PERFECT. I’ve already gotten compliments on them and have only worn them a few times.
