Love me some pita chips! Especially those fab ones at the farmers market, drenched in olive oil and dried herbs! I knew they couldn't be that complicated to make, so I busted out a batch. They were easy and taste just as fab as the farmers market ones, plus they cost a fraction of the price to make! Give em' a whirl, you'll be making another batch in no time!
