CJLA is looking for someone that is an expert in social media, managing campaigns, and has a strong understanding of the different platforms. They should be passionate about:

• Creating content
• Scheduling content for all platforms
• Optimizing all social media channels to build brand awareness
• Reading books & articles about social media
• Boosting sales through content
• Adapting to the latest trends and how it serves our customer
• Caring for the customers first
• Understanding customer's problems & frustrations, their hopes and fears and how our products and services serve them
• Communicating in our brand voice across all social media platforms

Our ideal candidate is someone that:

• Has worked a minimum of 1 year in a similar sized company or a larger company, having executed these things
• Is available to work full-time (40 hours a week)
• Lives locally and can report to our office daily
• Can work some night and weekend shifts when needed
• Is able to travel & work on location
• Is looking for a new & exciting opportunity, or is currently working for a company whose values don't align with what you stand for
• Can lift at least 50 lbs.
