Carly Jean Los Angeles is hiring a full-time 40 hour a week Office/Property Coordinator. We are a clothing and lifestyle brand that exists to simplify people’s lives starting with their closets, leading to their homes, and building their lives. The Office/Property Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient work environment, ensuring high levels of organization, communication and safety on the company properties. We are looking for someone with a genuine love for people and a passion to do work at the highest level!
Dependent upon prior experience/skill set, pay starts at $45,000 - $52,000/annually

Required:
-Work in office (Tarzana, CA) Monday-Friday
-Available to work some night + weekends shifts
-Able to travel + work on location
Some Responsibilities Include:
-Maintain the general upkeep of the company properties (Repair and maintaining plumbing and electrical systems)
-Keep up with maintenance for the CJLA company vehicle
-Perform light repairs on company appliances and equipment
-Use a variety of hand and power tools
-Schedule repairs that need professional attention
-Assist with cleaning and straightening up shared spaces
-Keep permits up to date: State and National Park permits + research any other permits possibly needed for photoshoots
-Support event needs: prepping supplies from properties for events, during event, and clean up ensuring all supplies go back to proper storage
-Keeps a roster of all company supplies and where they are located
-Carry out routine checks to ensure safety + security of properties
-Put out and bring in trash bins at all properties
-Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Required Experience:
-One year experience in property management preferred
