Graphic Designer/ Email Marketer APPLY NOW

Carly Jean Los Angeles is seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Email Marketer to join our team! This hybrid role requires a versatile professional with a strong design aesthetic and a solid grasp of digital marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for creating eye-catching visual content and managing end to end email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive conversions, and build brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital marketing assets including emails, website, app, flyers and more
• Design for merchandise and packaging
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Collaborate with marketing and content team to design campaigns that convert
• Plan, design and execute email campaigns
• Segment email lists for targeted messaging
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all emails comply with industry best practices and regulations
• Help prep for upcoming events
• Lift up to 50 lbs of clothes, racks, boxes, etc.

Pay starts at $25-$28/hour

-Report to the office daily (Tarzana, CA)

-Work night + weekend shifts (occasionally)
