We shared this recipe in our Facebook Live Party, but we couldn't help but share it again with you! A sweet favorite for CJ and the team, this chocolate bark and dipped fruit recipe is a must-have for your home! It's super simple to make, and it's a classic treat that everyone will love!
Ingredients Directions - 2 Bags of Guittard Milk Chocolate Chips - 12 Ounces Raspberries
- 16 Ounces Strawberries
- 5 Ounces Pomegranate Seeds
- Wooden Skewers (for dipping)
1. Melt both bags of chocolate over low heat in a pot on the stove
2. Using the wooden skewers, dip the rinsed raspberries & strawberries in the chocolate and set aside on a plate, in the fridge, to harden
3. Use the remaining chocolate by stirring in the pomegranate seeds. This will be your bark!
4. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the liquid bark onto the sheet and set in the freezer or fridge for 45 minutes or until solid
5. Remove from fridge and break it apart. Serve alongside the chocolate dipped strawberries and raspberries. Enjoy!
