Ok, I promise I do make other things than chicken... but this was pretty tasty! I'm all about simple, quick, and healthy ingredients and this recipe is just that. Also this chicken can be used for two meals! Use the left overs to make a BBQ or chinese chicken salad. Add to quesadillas, pasta, or tacos!
