Roasted Asparagus Soup

A friend and I were trading ideas of real food/ clean food recipes and she told me about a recipe similar to this. She recommended this one because it doesn't cost much to make and its super nutritious! I found this Roasted Asparagus Soup @ the FatFree Vegan Kitchen and it is delish! Asparagus is on the Clean Fifteen list and it was on sale at Pavillions, $1.69 a pound, so I had to make it! The soup cost about $5 to make and made a huge amount! I served it with Ina's Roasted Chicken sliced over a bed of organic baby greens.
