CJ's Fave Spots: Gasolina

If you live in the Los Angeles area, you have to try one of my new favorite spots, Gasolina Cafe! The executive chef & owner, Sandra Cordero, is from Galicia, Spain, and she is the sweetest gal! She has amazing attention to detail and is devoted to finding the finest and best quality ingredients, sourcing from local farmers to bring a passion to every dish. And the proof is in the first bite of anything here! They serve breakfast and lunch, Sunday-Wednesday from 8am-4pm, and are open Thursday-Saturday from 8am-7pm. Their credo is "Food/Coffee/Tea/Fuel/Life."  Go check them out!

Another fun thing Gasolina does is tapas and paella dinners on certain nights of the month with live music. I've not yet had the chance to check them out, but I've heard they're fantastic! It's definitely on our date night idea list!
