"I love the option of hassle free returns + package protection. This is a great option for those who want to try something like jeans, but not totally sure what size. I had the best experience with the customer service in helping me find my perfect pair! It really gives you peace of mind that you will receive your product for package protection. Also, ensures you will be happy with your purchase and it fits just right."
"I haven't had to use the package protection portion of this, but I imagine the CJ team would help me out if I ever needed to. I always add this to my orders for the free exchanges, which are always easy and quick (I always select the instant exchange option)."

"I’m honestly really disappointed with the shipping process from CJLA. Considering how quickly their items sell out, you’d expect the fulfillment side to be just as efficient—but that hasn’t been my experience at all. The lack of communication and urgency is frustrating. When you’re dealing with high-demand drops, customers are already on edge trying to secure items before they’re gone. So when shipping feels slow or unclear, it only adds to that frustration. It doesn’t seem like much effort is put into addressing delays or even being transparent about what’s causing them. I understand that high volume can create challenges, but that’s not an excuse for poor follow-through. If anything, it should be a reason to tighten operations and keep customers informed. Right now, it just feels like once they’ve made the sale, the rest of the process becomes an afterthought. Overall, great products—but the shipping experience seriously needs improvement."
