"I got a minor stain on this sweater, after just receiving it in the mail. I contacted CJLA about it and they were not able to offer an exchange at the time. Fast forward to a few months later, they surprised me with a new one in the mail and a handwritten letter. I was not expecting that and thought it to be very thoughtful. Their customer service was professional and kind throughout the whole process and I can’t wait to rock my Americana sweater for the 4th of July this year!"
