Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder APPLY NOW
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our Founder. This is much more than a traditional administrative role. We’re searching for someone who loves serving others, thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they’re asked, and finds genuine joy in bringing order to busy, ever-changing days.
This person will become a trusted right hand, helping create margin, protecting priorities, and allowing our Founder to focus on leading the business, serving our team, and investing in the people who matter most.
What You’ll Do:
• Own and manage an ever-changing calendar and schedule
• Coordinate personal, family, and business logistics
• Book travel, appointments, reservations, and detailed itineraries
• Help organize projects at home and at work from start to finish
• Run personal and business errands as needed
• Coordinate hospitality, events, meetings, and special gatherings
• Keep action items, follow-ups, and priorities organized
• Help organize affiliate partnerships, ShopMy collections, and founder product recommendations
• Organize digital files, notes, ideas, and ongoing projects
• Assist with light research and sourcing for gifts, vendors, travel, and purchases
• Be available to jump into whatever is needed to help move the day forward

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant or comparable experience
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and common productivity tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry event supplies or packages when needed
• Must be based in the Los Angeles area
This is a hybrid position with both in-office/on-location and remote work. Applicants should be local and available to work in person as needed. This is not a fully remote position.
