Carly Jean Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented professional who loves bringing order to the behind-the-scenes work that helps products launch successfully. If you enjoy organization, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with vendors to keep production moving on schedule.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and production timelines
• Organize product samples and maintain production records
• Prepare products for launches and photoshoots
• Communicate with internal team to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with inventory management and product quality checks
• Solve problems quickly when production issues arise
• Support special projects as needed

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating deliveries/pick ups to warehouse + vendors
• Detailed communication with warehouse to update on sales plans, drops, launches, etc.
• Inputing, naming and organizing product in Shopify (Shopify expertise is a plus!)
• Run and analyze inventory reports
• Coordinate ordering supplies for packaging in a timely manner
• Sit in on weekly warehouse, design and production meetings
• Track incoming and receiving product on inventory system
• Refresh and organize website from a product/stock level
• Send monthly reports to vendors
• Prep for upcoming events
• Lift up to 50 lbs of clothes, racks, boxes, etc.

Pay starts at $22-$26/hour. Depending on experience.

You must be able to:

-Report to the office daily (Tarzana, CA)

-Work some night + weekend shifts

-1-2 year experience
