"I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the mid-rise, but I love them. They sit right below my belly button. I usually wear a 3 or a 5 in CJLA denim. I went with the 5, thinking the lower rise might be tighter on the hips. I probably could have stuck with the 3, but I still love the 5s. I trimmed them a decent amount, but they were raw-hemmed to begin with. They are super comfy, I love the wash, and they're just a timeless classic jean. Very happy with my purchase."
"I typically love CJLA denim. My Chrissy's are my favorite pair of jeans ever. I ordered these in my regular size and they were such an awkward fit. Too low waisted, fit my hips weird, and the bagginess was way more homeschooler-ish than the cute photo shown lol! No hate just being honest-wasn't for me!"

"The lightest weight denim to date from CJLA. I love them! They are very comfortable and super stretchy, and I dig the raw hem line. I don't mind the mid-rise at all. Overall, love these jeans. I like them way better than the Chrissy (to me which has an awkward fit)."
"I love midrise jeans. These fit perfectly in the waist, the booty and through the hips. I really wanted to love them. On me, “this” straight leg jean fit more like something in between straight and wide. 30”-31” is usually a great length for me to wear with sneakers (I’m 5’4”. ) I thought about cutting them but they just weren’t hanging right in the calves and over my shoes, so I returned them. Oddly, with the width of these, a boot cut or wide leg would have actually hung better. I only wrote this review in case someone else my height has questions."
