"The denim is high quality as always. I am a petite gal so they are a bit long with wedges or a cuff they are fine. I have considered getting them hemmed but do not want to lose the barrel look. If you carry weight in midsection I would consider sizing up."

"I waited a long time to pull the trigger on these because of the length, I’m 5’5”, but I freaking love these jeans. I let my daughter try them on and she loved them too. Well, I could see the writing on the wall and ordered her her own pair. She is taller, probably around 5’7” with super long legs, so finding a pair of barrel jeans for her was impossible until now. She kept telling me that she loved the style but they didn’t work for her long legs…. until Bodie!! I like things a little more fitted so I picked a size (9) that would be fitted in the waist. And she usually wears a size 4 but wanted it bigger so it would be baggy, so we went with a 7 for her. We both love the look, and as you can see, we both cuff them, but that adds to the style in my opinion. With 30 years difference between us, I would say that these jeans definitely span the generations. They are so comfy and literally go with everything."

"I've been looking forward to buying CJLA jeans for 5 years. The entire time I've been married to my husband (our anniversary is tomorrow). I heard about them through Allie Beth Stuckey who's absolutely raved about them for ages. I never had the money to splurge on jeans, always buying from consignment stores and they've never been long enough. Finally I bite the bullet and buy these Bodies. I loved the length on them and figured I'd go all out and get a style I'd never tried before. I'm usually all about that skinny low-rise life. I measured my waist (27.5") and hips (35") and sized down from where I typically think I am, and purchased a 3. I guess I should have spent the $6 on purchase protection, but I never could have imagined I'd be completely locked out from any sort of return or exchange if I didn't choose to get it. I do not feel respected as a customer when I'm forced to keep expensive jeans that not only don't fit but actually hurt my back when I wear them "correctly. " When I wear these as high-waisted jeans the length is actually perfect, but the cinching compresses my lower back in a painful way while somehow also managing to never stay up (even when cinched to the max), thus being too big. I can't wear a belt with these, because of the cinch. So I end up eating them as low riding jeans, which means I have to roll the pants and they are absurdly baggy in the seat. I understand they're supposed to be "loose" in the seat, and that's fine. But when the crotch of the jeans hangs 6-8 inches below my butt? It feels weird and like I don't know how to dress. I'm so disappointed in customer service that I'm unable to keep these and so I think it's unlikely that I will purchase from CJLA again, sadly. I had such high expectations 💔"

"These are quite possibly my favorite pair of jeans ever! They are so on point. They look so super cute with everything I've worn. I am 5'3" and have been loving the cuff. These jeans are chefs kiss. I wear them with platform sandals, flip-flops, gola sneakers and cute flats. I cannot tell you how beautiful and flattering the cut is. I normally wear size 5 or 7 in CJLA denim. I bought the size 3 in the Bodie which fit me best. But I also have a size 5."

I ordered a size 7 and it fit but was snug in the waist. I debated keeping them and trying to rock them inspite of them feeling too baggy, but I decided I prefer a less baggy jean than these were. They look great on Carly and the models though!"

"I don’t know why I waited so long to buy these. I wanted them on the first drop but hesitated. By the time I was ready to pull the trigger, they were out of my size! When they came back in stock I purchased immediately and then bought a second pair in a size smaller. So now I have two pairs in two different sizes and can wear them baggier or more fitted. They are not stretchy but they are still super comfortable. I will saythat I am a hard denim girly though. The quality of them are top tier. I would pay much more these."
