"This dress is charming and flattering and the quality is fantastic. Buuuttt that second button is a problem and I am not busty. I actually took it in to get let out an inch and a quarter. That extra expense was annoying because the dress is pricey in itself. I didn’t want to return and size up because when you size up you size up everywhere and everything else fit great."
