Best Mom Shorts EVER
"Let me start by saying denim shorts are a struggle for me. I have ordered and returned wayyyy more shorts than I’d like to admit. I didn’t have high hopes of these fitting but since I love the Hendrix jeans I thought I’d give them a shot. And ohhhh my word…. the Hendrix shorts are perfect, the right amount of stretch & structure. Pocket detailing is super cute. They are the Goldilocks for length. Toddler mom approved! I fluctuate a size or 2 throughout the month so I’m so happy these have stretch to them. I’ve been wearing them nearly everyday since they came in the mail. I even ordered the sea salt color! 🤭 I’m a size 7 in OG button Hendrix jeans and a size 9 in the Chrissy. A size 29/30P in Madewell jeans. For size reference. 5’ 4” and 150lbs."

So cute and perfect fit
"I’m so happy with these shorts that I bought a second pair in another color. As a 41 year old who’s 5’9”, length is important to me and I’ve found that a 5” inseam is flattering, so I love these! They fit perfectly in a M, and I’m usually a true size 6 in other brands, about 145 lbs."

"I bought all 3 colors of this short because I love the fit. The length is perfect and they are very flattering. I usually wear a size 3 in CJ jeans and got a small. I probably could have gotten a medium if I wanted them to fit looser in the waist, but I think they would look too big."

Hendrix denim shorts
"I received a communication from CJLA that the Hendrix denim short, in black, was back in stock and decided to check it out. I loved the look, so I ordered the black and 3 additional colors! I am a 68 year old grandmother, 5'3", 118 lbs. I read the reviews, the size info, and the fabric content info. I ordered a size small. They are a perfect fit; just the right amount of stretch; a length that is modest enough for my age but good for my height! It is just starting to get warm enough to wear shorts where I live, but I have no doubt these will be my go-to shorts all summer! I do have one negative observation. . . when washed and dried, the hem of the shorts turns up and in order to lay correctly and neatly, I had to iron the hem down flat (wish I didn't have to do that with denim shorts). But I'll sacrifice a very small amount of time to iron in order to wear these great shorts!!"

"Convert here. As a former shorts hater I was not holding my breath on the Hendrix but should have known (as usual) the CJLA hype is real! These shorts not only do the job of making warmer days comfy but they are so flattering. Grab em and be very glad!"

Odd fit for me
"Love the Hendrix pants but these shorts (I bought two) hit all sorts of wrong. The thighs are way way too wide. They bunch up in your crotch awkwardly. Due to the return policy, I just sucked it up."
