Carly Jean Los Angeles is looking for someone with a genuine love for people and an enthusiasm to do work at the highest level! They should be passionate about:

• Caring for our customers first
• Reading books about customer experience, customer service, etc.
• Adapting to the latest trends and how it serves our customer
• Understanding customer's problems & frustrations, their hopes and fears and how our products and services serve them
• Communicating in our brand voice
• Putting outfits together
• Relationship management
• Bringing a positive attitude to every situation

We need someone who can help with:

• Processing return credit
• Running errands to local stores, post office, etc.
• Assisting with sending out orders from office
• Keeping detailed notes on product issues
• Sharing product + fashion knowledge with customers
• Prepping for upcoming events
• Responding to emails regarding sizing advice
• Providing innovative ideas
• Attending weekly team meetings 
• Lifting up to 50 lbs of clothes, racks, boxes, etc.

Entry level pay starts at $16.90 per hour.
