These are adorable in theory but when you put them on you can barely get your legs through them the fabric is too stringent it does not allow for movement so do not buy these if you think you’re going to work out in them. I normally wear mediums in leggings and these were hyper tight I’m having to hand them over to my 13-year-old. If you order, size up. Fabric needs to be stretched here if it’s labeled as lounge or work out wear. Still love you Carly Jean!
I'm so sorry that the Mackenzie didn't work out for you, Jodi! That's so good to know and work on with the fabric of these leggings so we can improve them for the future. You may prefer the fit of the Dakota leggings more! :)
I’ll start by saying that these are super cute and not see through. I get a lot of compliments on them. But the material has no give. I wear them to workout but not on a leg day because I don’t feel like they really move with you very well and wouldn’t hold up to squats and things like that. It’s a strange fabric for sure! I’d say size up. I usually wear an extra small in all of my active wear but ordered the small because there was no extra small option. They are pretty snug!
I love these leggings - so cute and fun!! I definitely would say I wear them to lounge and when I am out for errands. I wouldn’t workout in these as it’s almost like a wet suit material and honestly I feel like they will rip if I did workout in them. Love them for lounge and out and about though! Large fit great for me as I am about 145lbs and 5’5”.
My new favorite pair of leggings! I Usually Ordered a medium and it fits great! So comfortable and lots of stretch.
I generally size up to a medium in CJLA active even though I’m small in all other active wear brands, however the medium leggings were extremely tight. I can get them on but the fabric is horrible and has no breathability at all. I love CJLA so I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is a very uncomfortable odd fabric and I would not wear this to work out, and it’s not comfortable for active wear. The print is cute and I would like to see it in the Sedona fabric in the future.
