Carly Jean Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented professional to ensure smooth operations for the production department. The Production Assistant will be an essential part of our team, overseeing the logistics and coordination of deliveries, inventory management, assisting with office tasks and more.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating deliveries/pick ups to warehouse + vendors
- Detailed communication with warehouse to update on sales plans, drops, launches, etc.
- Inputing, naming and organizing product in Shopify (Shopify expertise is a plus!)
- Run and analyze inventory reports
- Coordinate ordering supplies for packaging in a timely manner
- Sit in on weekly warehouse, design and production meetings
- Track incoming and receiving product on inventory system
- Refresh and organize website from a product/stock level
- Send monthly reports to vendors
- Prep for upcoming events
- Lift up to 50 lbs of clothes, racks, boxes, etc.
Pay starts at $20-25/hour.

You must be able to:
-Report to the office daily (Tarzana, CA)
-Work some night + weekend shifts
