Carly Jean Los Angeles is looking for someone with a genuine love for people and an enthusiasm to do work at the highest level! They should be passionate about:

• Understanding customer's problems & frustrations, their hopes and fears and how our products and services serve them

Our ideal candidate is someone that:

• Has 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets
• Is familiar with Instagram and other social media channels
• Responds promptly to all customer inquiries via Email, LiveChat, Social Media channels
• Can place, cancel + track orders
• Can answer store policy questions
• Shares product and fashion knowledge (will be trained)
• Solves customer issues
• Provides innovative ideas
• Maintains relationships with our warehouse/shipping team
• Processes return credit in a timely manner
• Tracks issues with warehouse + products and communicate them with extended team

Dependent upon prior experience/skill set, pay starts at $20-25 per hour.
