Carly Jean Los Angeles is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative for a full time position. Experience in Customer Service is preferred. As a Customer Care Representative your patience, attention to detail and overall positive presence are the foundation for providing an outstanding customer experience.

You will be committed to giving complete customer support while adhering to our company culture and processes. Our ideal candidate has the ability to stay organized, work efficiently and communicate clearly. This position will require 40 hours per week.
- Responding to all emails in a timely manner
- Assist with checking on orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints
- Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and other departments when needed
- Correspond with our warehouse team consistently
- Report to our office in Tarzana, CA daily

This is a full-time position with bi-weekly pay and the opportunity for growth. Compensation will start at $15-17/per hour. You will also receive an employee discount of 50% off all CJLA branded clothing for your personal use.
