Carly Jean Los Angeles is hiring a part-time (20-30 hours a week) Customer Care Intern. CJLA is a clothing and lifestyle brand that exists to simplify people's lives starting with their closets, leading to their homes, and building their lives. We are seeking kind team players who are hungry, humble, smart, self-starting creative thinkers.

We are looking for someone with a genuine love for people and a passion to do work at the highest level!

Dependent upon prior experience/skill set, pay starts at $15.96-$17 per hour.

Required:

-Work in office (Tarzana, CA)

-Available to work night + weekend shifts (remote)

Some Responsibilities include:

-Processing return credit

-Running errands to local stores, post office, etc.

-Assisting with sending out orders from office

-Keeping detailed notes on product issues

-Sharing product + fashion knowledge with customers

-Prepping for photoshoots or upcoming events

-Responding to emails regarding sizing advice

-Providing innovative ideas

-Attending weekly team meetings 

-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
